Jillium claims he is a 15 or 16 year old pedophile. He has been involved in many battles on Wikipedia, in which he's tried to say that pedophiles are not the harmful people they are believed to be. He also argues profusely with anti-pedophiles on their blogs, trying to "prove" that there is nothing inherently wrong with pedophilia. He quotes articles written by pedophiles as "credible sources," ignoring any sources which disagree with his viewpoints, no matter how valid those sources are.
Jillium also likes to compare pedophiles to homosexuals, which is a common practice amongst pedophiles to try to legitimize pedophilia, and advocate legislative changes in their favor. We call this The Persecution Delusion.
