In 1984, Michael Price raped his daughter. Today, he fights for the rights of sex offenders, trying to change legislation to remove sex offenders from the public registry. He and his wife, Betty Price run a group called Roar for Freedom, whose goal is to fight laws requiring sex offenders to register. His wife is convinced he is not a pedophile, however, he frequents anime sites continuously, and prefers echii, which is lewd anime.
Like other RSO activists, Price uses false statistics and tries to downplay the offenses that registered sex offenders have committed. Like other registered sex offenders, he shows no remorse for his crimes, only remorse that he must register as a sex offender. And, like other RSO activists, he would rather blame the victims and the laws for his "suffering," rather than on himself for committing the crime.
